  • I got a new-to-me kitchen aid stand mixer and thought I'd try making macarons. These guys are by no means healthy, but almonds are a good source of vitamin E, so they have some virtues 😉Almond macarons filled with chocolate-almond spread.
  • Picnic in the park. Salad niçoise with tuna, new potatoes, pickled onions, egg,  homemade croutons, and tomatoes on a bed of arugula.
